Scope of Work

Project Description:
  • Turn-Key package project included cased secant wall, capping beam, permanent & temporary anchors, bulk & detail excavation, and foundation piles
  • Excavation of approx. 100,000m3 of material (sand & Sandstone)
  • 650m length of shoring wall supporting up to 16m retained height
  • Cased secant piles up to 16m depth
  • Preparation of platform up to 20m above NGL and adjacent to existing heritage building
  • In House design with 3rd Party review to satisfy client
  • Permanent vertical anchors designed and installed to achieve 100-year lifespan.
