At CF Group we have an extensive experience in all type of ground work management. As part of our Full package solution provided to our clients, CF Group manage in full all civil works related to basements construction: Demolition, Site Remediation, Bulk & Detail Excavation and Capping beam & footings works.

As part of the full package solution provided to our clients, CF Group manage all demolition works using either our own equipements or experienced demolition contractors. Our demolition works includes but not limited to High and Low rise buiding demolition, Concrete removal, Pool removal, Tree removal, Rubbish removal, Contamination management and removal (Asbestos), Land clearing, Commercial stripouts and services disconnection / diversion.

Remediation work is challenging and requires highly specialised knowledge and a team of experts who are very experienced in contaminated material management. CF Group works closely with highly experienced hygienists/site auditors to provide the best and cost effective site remediation solution to our clients. CF Group remediation works includes soil classifications, remediation action plan, hazardous material management and site clearance certificate. 

CF Group have an extensive earthmoving equipments (more than 20 excavators and associated attachements) and experienced operators to manage in full autonomy all type of excavation and project scales. Thanks to our excavation team, we have successfully delivered many excavation projects ranging from 10,000 – 160,000 Tonnes of different type of materials (Sand, Clay, Sand Stone, Shale, Rock Etc.). To complete the excavation process, detail excavations such as lift shafts, structural pads and plumbing trenches are also provided to our clients requirements and specifications.

As part of our shoring work pachage, CF Group install concrete capping beams (design and construct or construct only) to the project structural engineer requirements. Our form work team ensure that the capping beam is carefully and accurately constructed within fine tolerances.
